Note: If for any reason your booking is cancelled by you, or if extreme weather conditions cause the track to be closed beyond our control for safety reasons as determined by us, we would be pleased to re-book your session to another available date. In the event you choose not to re-book another available date, the amount paid shall be refundable, less a 10% fee. This fee is to cover merchant fee costs and administration costs of handling and processing refunds. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of your request.
