Hire Kart Enduro Event

2 Hours of awesome fun with a group/team of 2-3 drivers, on select Friday evenings after work – all under lights !

Last Enduro Event the drivers were already asking when the next  Enduro Event was on, the consensus was it was a lot of fun and all 16 teams were rapped with the event and keen for more. The event was top notch with the top 4 teams all on the lead lap with the top 3 teams within 7 seconds at the finish line, that was an incredible result.

You will have so much fun. All you need to do is turn up – we take care of everything!

Grab some mates, Build up Teams so you can challenge each other or Get your neighbour involved if you have to.        Teams of 2-3 drivers to share the track time in one of our Hire Karts. For 2 drivers that’s 60 minutes of track time each. Can’t get a group of 2 mates together? – no worries – enter as a single driver and we will team you up with other like minded drivers.

HOW IT WORKS

5.00pm – Arrive: Sign-in, registration/confirmation, collect Race suit and Helmet  

5.45pm – Drivers Briefing – Kart Allocation

6.00pm – Practice 

6.30pm – Event Start                                                           

8.00pm – Finish

No driver to do more than 60 minutes

To enter event you must have experience driving our Hire Karts and can complete lap times under 40 seconds.

Followed by FREE Pizza and Drink, and Presentation of Trophies for Top 3 Place Finishers.

RULES & REGULATIONS

1. Event Details:  

This is a 2hr Trial of Endurance for Karts and Drivers to be held over four (4) rounds.

This Endurance Championship is to be run with a minimum of two (2) drivers per kart/team.

The event will reward consistency.

2. Event Format: 

The course will be conducted in a clockwise direction.

Starting positions will be selected by ‘grid draw’.

Each driver in the team will be required to do a minimum of a twenty (20) minute driving stint for the event.

Timing will be conducted for consistency of lap times and number of laps completed.

Only karts which receive the chequered flag on track will be classed as having finished the event. Did not finish competitors will be listed on the events results according to laps completed.

The championship winner will be the kart/team that completes the most number of laps with the most consistent lap times in the two (2) hour period.

3. Break Out Lap Time: 

A fastest lap time permitted for this event will be nominated on the day. Any time faster than this time will be classed as a breakout time. Penalties are as follows

* 1st team break out will receive break out lap time board and kart number warning.

* 2nd team break out will receive break out lap time board and kart number warning.

* 3rd team break out will incur a 1 lap penalty for each offence (1 lap)

* All penalties will be applied post-race at the completion of the event prior to the trophy presentation. No penalty will be imposed for slower than nominated time.

4. Driving Standards 

Driving standards will be strictly monitored during this event. Under no circumstances will contact between karts be accepted. Spinning, bumping or crashing into other karts will not be permitted at any time and penalties will be applied. Any driver running off the track deliberately may incur a drive through penalty (black flag). If anyone continues to run off the track or touch other karts, the driver and/or team may be excluded from continuing in the event. Any driver who receives a maximum of 3 black flags during the event may be excluded from any further driving duties for the remainder of the event.

5. Trophies will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd outright.
